TRUST BEGINS WITH SELF-CONFIDENCE
Why is it hard for many people to trust?
Because they are afraid of getting disappointed. They doubt. Doubts arise from an insecurity about oneself or one's own judgment. They do not feel secure enough to really trust. With the help of doubts, they try to protect themselves - but do they really do that? Doesn't that close them off from many emotions, situations, and encounters?
"To trust, you need a big heart."
For your new beginning, your change, you need trust, because you are going into the new/unknown. If you can trust yourself, then you are ready to take the path into the unknown. And you will manage, because you believe in yourself. You will master your challenges and grow with them. You will go your own way.
"Whatever happens, I can accept the challenge and respond accordingly."
An anxious mind is constantly looking for security and explanations. However, since life is constantly changing, you will rarely get your security and therefore trust. You have to grow into trust. Allow your fears and doubts, we ALL have them! The question is, do you let them control you? Do they influence your life? Are you not following your heart's path because of them? Go through them, accept them - to be able to get rid of them. Breathwork & meditation can help and support you with this.
"Don't try to understand life - live it! Don't try to understand love - love! Then you will understand, and this understanding will come from your own experience."
Remember, how can you trust someone or something if you don't trust yourself? How can you trust yourself if you doubt yourself?
"The heart knows how to trust. The mind knows how to search and research. Be in harmony with heart and mind."
If it's difficult for you to trust, go back to your past and dig deep into your memories. What triggers or situations are you still giving power over your life? Cleanse your mind of old experiences & beliefs. Accept and forgive (yourself). There's probably a lot of trash there, throw it away finally! Become aware of what underlies it and free yourself from it.
"Go deeper into yourself, to the source of your being, and discover trust."
